‘more than just a simple statue’ I think that’s very likely, and in that case it’s likely to be made of ‘unusual’ materials – could be very difficult to break it. If it really is ‘just’ a piece of art rather than some magical(?) artifact, it sort of looks like a representation of Nikki as a fae. If it’s both, this could get very interesting! Just found your web comic this afternoon and am absolutely hooked. Artwork (yes, I consider it art) is beeeeyooooteeeful! Storyline is intriguing and characters makes me like them already. Cant’ wait for more more more!

The way she’s handling that statue I just have this terrible feeling she’s gonna wind up breaking it.
The statue looks so amazingly realistic, that I have the feeling it’s much more than just a simple statue. What if it could actually come alive?
